    Khalid Nahhas is the founding Principal and the driving force in Symbiosis Designs Ltd., he received a degree in Geographic and Economic Planning from The University of Victoria (B Arts / 1985), followed by a degree in Architecture from The University of British Columbia (B Arch / 1989). His architectural thesis on “Phenomenology and Place Making” and his creative drive significantly contribute to the intellectual density of design content at Symbiosis.

  • Ramiz Ayoub Partner l Senior architect

    Ramiz joined Symbiosis in 2005. He studied architectural engineering at the Jordan University of Science & Technology (B.Sc. / 1991). He has over 20 years of professional and extensive architectural project management expertise, ranging from project management to architectural design to working drawings and construction documents in addition to value engineering.

    Nidaa' Tayyem studied architectural engineering at the University of Jordan (B.Sc. / 1986). Her diversified expertise span project management, architectural design, working drawings, construction documents, value engineering and site supervision office support.

  • Nisreen Al Far Senior Architect l Project Manager

    Nisreen Al-Far has joined Symbiosis Designs team on January 2000 to pursue her career in architecture after studying architectural engineering at the University of Jordan (B. Sc. / 1995). She has around 17 years of professional and extensive experience in architectural conceptual design, working drawings, construction documents, project management and site supervision office support.

  • Raad Sawalha Senior Architect | Project Manager

    Arch. Raad Sawalha graduated from Jordan University of science and technology (B. Sc. / 1998). He received a Construction Management degree (ICM) from M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction, University of Florida back in 2010. In addition to his consultancy work at the US covering Educational, Healthcare and Governmental Projects, Raa’d has also practiced contracting. His expertise includes Conceptual design, Construction documents, and Project Management.

  • Katrina Najjar Project Architect l Certified Project Management Professional

    Katrina Najjar studied architectural engineering at the University of Jordan (B. Sc. / 2001). Her professional experience varies from design development, assisting the project manager in technical coordination between different engineering disciplines, working drawings and construction documents. Her expertise and knowledge also include executing and reviewing designs to ensure conformity with the local rules, laws, regulations, codes and practice.

  • Faiha Khazna Katbi Senior Project Architect

    Faiha Khazna Katbi studied architectural engineering at the University of Jordan (B. Sc. / 2001). She has over 10 years of profound experience in design development and daily technical execution of the project design drawings, in addition to the high capability in coordinating between different engineering, institutional and administrative disciplines in all project phases.

  • Abdel-Qader Tarabieh Project Architect l Design Leader l LEED Green Associate

    Abdel-qader Tarabieh studied architectural engineering at Al-Najah National University in Palestine (B. Sc. / 2003), and received his Masters in Architecture from the University of Jordan (M.Sc. / 2006). He is also a LEED Green Associate. Abdel-qader Tarabieh has a profound experience in design conceptualization and visualization, design development and daily technical execution of the project design drawings.

  • Dina Hadadin Architect I Design Leader

    Dina Haddadin studied architectural engineering at the Jordan University of Science & Technology (B. Sc. / 2006). Her university graduation project won the first place at “The University Projects at the Jordan Engineering Association” Competition in 2006. In 2008, she pursued her artistic career in the School of Visual Arts in New York City.

  • Rasem Kamal Architect

    Rasem Kamal studied architectural engineering at the University of Jordan (B. Sc. / 2009). In 2009, his university graduation project has received the first Prize in the “AIA - Abdali Innovation Award” and “The Omrania l CSBE Award for Excellence”. It was also selected by the honorary members “WA - World Architecture Community Awards”. In 2011, Rasem Kamal has participated in designing Syria towers in Damascus with AS.ARCHITECTURE-STUDIO, Paris.

  • Mohammad Eimar Architect

    Mohammad Eimar studied architectural engineering at the University of Jordan (B. Sc. / 2012). His graduation project won 2nd place in “The Jordan Engineers Association - Design Excellence Award for Graduation Projects” in 2012 cycle.
    His professional experience covers design conceptualization and 3D visualization, for commercial, offices and residential projects.

  • Diana Nimri Architect

    Diana Nimri studied architectural engineering at the German Jordanian University (B. Sc. / 2013). Her experience covers design conceptualization and technical drawings in addition to mixed use and residential buildings. In 2011 she participated in designing several architectural competitions as part of an internship she did in Germany.

  • Munqeth Othman Agha Architect

    Munqeth Othman Agha studied architectural engineering at the university of Jordan (B. Sc. / 2012). He holds a first prize in “JO Green Competition” 2011, and the first prize in the 4th National Technology Parade 2011, on the building technology category.
    He has experience in design conceptualization and visualization, technical drawings in addition to residential, commercial, offices and master planning projects.

    Lara Samawi studied architectural engineering at the University of Jordan (B. Sc. / 2013). Her professional experience covers design conceptualization & visualization in addition to mixed use, residential, high rise buildings projects and participating in master planning.

  • Khalid Ali Architect

    Khalid Ali studied architectural engineering at the University of Petra (B. Sc. / 2014). His final year project has received first prize in 'The Omrania | CSBE Award for Excellence in Architectural Design". Khalid interned at Symbiosis in 2013 and upon graduation has joined Symbiosis team. His experience covers design conceptualization, 3D visualization and construction drawings on residential, commercial, retail, offices and mixed use projects.

  • Farah Kayyal Architect

    Farah Kayyal studied architectural engineering at the American University of Beirut (B. Sc. / 2014) and graduated with a minor in Engineering Management. His final year project has received first prize in 'The Omrania | CSBE Award for Excellence in Architectural Design". Farah interned at Symbiosis in 2011 and upon graduation has joined Symbiosis team. His experience covers design conceptualization and 3D visualization, construction drawings and site supervision on residential, commercial, retail and mixed use projects.

  • Tawfiq Shahed Supervision Unit Manager

    Tawfiq studied Civil Engineering at the University of Jordan (B.Sc. / 1989). He has over 20 years experience in project management and site supervision. As a head of the supervision department at Symbiosis, he oversees site supervision work in coordination with Symbiosis resident engineers and supervision team on site to ensure that construction works on site is in conformance with construction specifications, design specifications and safety and environment preservation standards.

  • Sami Saffory Supervision Resident Engineer

    He has over 15 years experience in site supervision as a Resident Engineer. Sami Saffory manages the site supervision team on site to ensure proper supervision of construction works in conformance to construction specifications, design specifications and safety standards environment preservation standards, and company standards of quality.

  • Wafa'a al Zubidi Architectural Draftsperson

    Wafa'a Al-Zubaidy holds a Diploma in Technical Architecture from Al Balqa Applied University (2002). She has 10 years of experience, six of which were at Symbiosis Designs Ltd. Her expertise and knowledge includes assisting the project manager in preparation of pre-permit drawings, permit drawings and construction drawings (area calculations, dimensioning, hatching, detailing and enlargements, annotation plans and schedules.

  • Zeyad Al Darawi Architectural Draftsperson

    Zeyad Al Darawi holds a diploma in interior design from the Arab college (2002). He has 13 years of experience, in addition to his knowledge in CADD tools and standards. His expertise includes producing projects and detailed construction drawings as per international standards.

    Fadia Mahmoud holds a Diploma in Financial Administration from Al Balqa Applied University (1999). She has 13 years of practical experience, five of which were at Symbiosis Design Ltd. Her professional expertise covers assisting management with preparation of official letters of correspondence, typing, keeping track of sent and received documents to facilitate retrievability, control of all office stamps, and coordination with suppliers for office stationery.

    As’ad Abdallah studied Engineering Science of Oil and Gas Industry in 1984 and received a Master in Engineering Science of Refining and Industry of Oil and Gas from in 1985. He has over 28 years of experience as a site supervisor, five of which were with Symbiosis Designs Ltd. As'ad Abdalla supervises construction works on site in conformance to construction specifications, design specifications, safety standards, environment preservation standards and company standards of quality. His expertise and knowledge includes solving problems at site, monitoring all construction works, collecting field data, assisting in selection of materials and colors, and recording quantities at site. His professional experience covers residential, commercial and mixed use projects in addition to banks.
